Why Rooted Flow Strength
Two Decades of Yoga, One Big Gap
I came to yoga in my mid-twenties and never looked back. It's what keeps me strong, flexible, and moving well — and after 20 years on the mat, I still love it as much as I did on day one.
But somewhere along the way, I noticed something: there was rarely space in a group class to work on the in-between stuff. The small, intentional movements that build toward harder poses. The arm strength, the balance, the flexibility work that actually gets you to the next level.
That's what I built Rooted Flow Strength around — and why I work 1:1. Because that kind of progress happens best when the practice is shaped around you.

Everything I teach is rooted in three things: building resilience that lasts, moving in a way that honors your body long-term, and cultivating strength from the inside out.
I'd love to co-create that with you.
